We are excited to embark on a journey to establish a brand new Human Resource system. This on-site role will require your dedication from Monday to Friday, as you will play a pivotal role in shaping various aspects of our HR department. 

These responsibilities encompass Time Management, Training and Development, Attendance Management, Expense Management, Leave Management, Recruitment Management, and handling employee information. 

Your tasks will also involve HR essentials like payroll, Clocking in/out setup, benefits administration, staffing-recruitment, reporting, and data analysis. 

You will be instrumental in planning and developing our organizational growth, overseeing employee training, fostering team building, and crafting policies and procedures. 

It is crucial that you stay updated on employment law and legislation to ensure compliance.
